Annotatsiya. Ushbu tezisda bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida ta’lim tizimida, xususan umumta’lim muassasalari boshqaruvida rahbarlik faoliyatining mazmuni va samaradorligini oshirish masalalari yoritilgan. Rahbarning boshqaruv uslublari, liderlik fazilatlari, boshqaruv madaniyati va ma’naviyati, shuningdek, zamonaviy boshqaruvda raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish imkoniyatlari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda rahbar shaxsining madaniyatli shaxs, samarali professional, jamoa o‘yinchisi, menejer, tadbirkor va egasi sifatidagi rollari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Annotation. This thesis explores the role and effectiveness of leadership in general education institutions under the conditions of a market economy. It analyzes leadership styles, qualities of leaders, management culture and morality, as well as the possibilities of applying digital technologies in modern educational management. The study highlights the multifaceted roles of a school leader as a cultured individual, effective professional, team player, manager, entrepreneur, and owner. Furthermore, it emphasizes that the effectiveness of educational institutions primarily depends on the creation of a healthy psychological climate within the team, the proper organization of interpersonal relations, and the application of monitoring systems in management.
