Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada O’zbekiston Respublikasida 1991-2025 yillar davomida amalga oshirilgan Konsitutsiyaviy islohatlar tahlil qilindi. Mustaqillik davridan boshlab asosiy qonunlardan biri: Konsitutsiyaning yaratilishi, unga kiritilgan o’zgarishlar va qo’shimchalar, bu islohatlarning siyosiy- huquqiy hayotdagi o’rni yoritildi.Shuningdek bu maqola 2023 yilda qabul qilingan yangi Konsitutsiyaning mazmuni, uning demokratik jamiyat barpo etishdagi ahamiyati ham takitlab o’tilgan.
Annotation: This article analyzes the constitutional reforms carried out in the Republic of Uzbekistan during the period from 1991 to 2025. It highlights the creation of the main law — the Constitution — as well as the amendments and additions made to it, and examines the role of these reforms in the country’s political and legal life. The article also emphasizes the content of the new edition of the Constitution adopted in 2023 and its significance in building a democratic society.
Аннотация: В данной статье анализируются конституционные реформы, проведённые в Республике Узбекистан в период с 1991 по 2025 годы. Рассматриваются процесс создания основного закона — Конституции, внесённые в неё изменения и дополнения, а также роль этих реформ в политико-правовой жизни страны. Кроме того, в статье подчёркивается содержание новой редакции Конституции, принятой в 2023 году, и её значение в построении демократического общества.
