Annotatsiya. Mazkur tezisda bo‘lajak pedagoglarda axloqiy va ma’naviy tarbiyani shakllantirish jarayonining mohiyati, uning pedagogik asoslari hamda zamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi o‘rni tahlil etiladi. Pedagog shaxsining ma’naviy barkamolligi, o‘quvchilar bilan munosabatdagi axloqiy mas’uliyati va o‘z namunasining tarbiyaviy ta’siri ilmiy-nazariy asosda yoritiladi.
Аннотация. В диссертации анализируется сущность процесса формирования нравственно-духовного воспитания будущих учителей, его педагогические основы и роль в современной системе образования. В научно-теоретическом плане рассматриваются вопросы духовного совершенствования учителя, его моральной ответственности в отношениях с учениками и воспитательного воздействия собственного примера.
Abstract. This thesis analyzes the essence of the process of forming moral and spiritual education in future teachers, its pedagogical foundations and its role in the modern education system. The spiritual perfection of the teacher, his moral responsibility in relations with students and the educational influence of his own example are covered on a scientific and theoretical basis.
