Ushbu maqolada mustaqillik yillarida O‘zbekiston Respublikasida masofaviy ta’lim tizimining shakllanishi, rivojlanish bosqichlari va uning zamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Mustaqillik davrida mamlakatda raqamli texnologiyalar, internet infratuzilmasining rivojlanishi, oliy va o‘rta maxsus ta’lim tizimida yangi o‘quv formatlarining joriy etilishi masofaviy ta’limni yanada jadallik bilan rivojlantirdi. Maqolada 1991 yildan hozirgi kungacha bo‘lgan davrda qabul qilingan normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar, elektron ta’lim platformalari va ularning samaradorligi bo‘yicha tahlillar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, masofaviy ta’limning afzalliklari, muammolari va istiqbollari haqida xulosa chiqarilgan.
В данной статье анализируется становление системы дистанционного образования в Республике Узбекистан в годы независимости, этапы развития и её место в современной системе образования. В период независимости развитие цифровых технологий, интернет-инфраструктуры в стране, внедрение новых образовательных форматов в систему высшего и среднего специального образования обусловили дальнейшее бурное развитие дистанционного образования. В статье представлен анализ нормативно-правовых актов, принятых с 1991 года по настоящее время, электронных образовательных платформ и их эффективности. Также сделаны выводы о преимуществах, проблемах и перспективах дистанционного образования.
This article analyzes the formation of the distance education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan during the years of independence, the stages of development and its place in the modern education system. During the period of independence, the development of digital technologies, Internet infrastructure in the country, the introduction of new educational formats in the higher and secondary specialized education system led to the further rapid development of distance education. The article presents an analysis of regulatory legal acts adopted from 1991 to the present, electronic education platforms and their effectiveness. It also draws conclusions about the advantages, problems and prospects of distance education.
