Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston siyosiy tizimining tarixiy shakllanish bosqichlari, siyosiy institutlarning evolyutsiyasi va zamonaviy rivojlanish tendensiyalari yoritilgan. Mustaqillikdan so‘ng mamlakatda siyosiy tizimning demokratik asoslarda qayta tashkil etilishi, hokimiyat tarmoqlari o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni ta’minlash va fuqarolik jamiyatini shakllantirish bo‘yicha olib borilgan islohotlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, siyosiy modernizatsiya jarayonlari hamda “Yangi O‘zbekiston” konsepsiyasining siyosiy tizim evolyutsiyasiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan.
В статье анализируются этапы формирования и развития политической системы Узбекистана. Раскрыты исторические корни узбекской государственности, политические реформы, проведённые после обретения независимости, а также процессы демократизации и модернизации государственного управления. Отдельное внимание уделено реформам в рамках концепции «Новый Узбекистан», влияющим на укрепление институтов власти и развитие гражданского общества.
This article examines the historical formation and evolution of Uzbekistan’s political system. It explores the roots of statehood, the political reforms carried out after independence, and the processes of democratization and modernization of governance. Special attention is given to the reforms under the “New Uzbekistan” concept, which have strengthened state institutions and promoted civil society development.
