Annоtatsiya: Ushbu maqolada konstitutsiyaviy islohotlar va ularning ta’lim sohasidagi huquqiy kafolatlarga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Mazkur mavzu doirasida ta’lim tizimining davlat tomonidan himoyalanishi, fuqarolarning sifatli va teng ta’lim olish huquqi, pedagog xodimlarning ijtimoiy va professional kafolatlari, shuningdek, maktabgacha, umumiy o‘rta va oliy ta’lim darajalarida qonuniy mexanizmlarning joriy etilishi yoritiladi. Ishda shuningdek, xalqaro huquqiy hujjatlar (BMTning Inson huquqlari umumjahon deklaratsiyasi, Bolalar huquqlari Konvensiyasi) bilan uyg‘unlik, ta’lim sohasida innovatsion yondashuv va demokratik prinsiplarning qo‘llanilishi ko‘rib chiqiladi.
Annotation:
This article analyzes constitutional reforms and their impact on legal guarantees in the field of education. Within this topic, the protection of the education system by the state, citizens’ right to quality and equal education, social and professional guarantees for teaching staff, as well as the implementation of legal mechanisms at preschool, general secondary, and higher education levels are highlighted. The study also examines compliance with international legal instruments (the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child), the application of innovative approaches in education, and the implementation of democratic principles.
