Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada mustaqillik yillarida O’zbekistonda ta’lim tizimi, jumladan, oliy ta’lim tizimida faoliyat yuritayotgan professor-o’qituvchilarni hamda boshqa xodimlarni rag’batlantirish tizimini amalga tadbiq etishda ularning malakasini oshirishning ahamiyati yoritilgan.
Аннотация: В данной статье освещается важность повышения квалификации профессорско-преподавательского состава и других сотрудников, работающих в системе высшего образования, а также внедрение системы их стимулирования в годы независимости Узбекистана.
