Abstract

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada raqamli texnologiyalar va inklyuziv yondashuvlar orqali saylov jarayonida teng ishtirokni ta’minlash imkoniyatlari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Ayniqsa, O‘zbekiston misolida mavjud infratuzilma, huquqiy baza va ijtimoiy guruhlar o‘rtasidagi tengsizliklarni bartaraf etishdagi raqamli texnologiyalarning o‘rni va ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Statistika va ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalarga asoslangan holda muallif raqamli saylov texnologiyalari, masalan, biometrik identifikatsiya, elektron ovoz berish tizimlari va mobil ilovalar orqali nogironlar, ayollar va chekka hududlardagi aholi qatlamlarining saylov jarayonida faol ishtirokini ta’minlash imkoniyatlarini yoritadi.
