Annotatsiya:Ushbu maqolada qandli diabetda parhez va ovqatlanish tartibining muhimligi, muvozanatli menyu asoslari, zamonaviy yondashuvlar va bemor hayoti sifatiga ta’siri keng yoritilgan. Gormonal va metabolik barqarorlikni saqlashda individual menyu, glyukemik indeks, porsiya nazorati va ovqatlanishning soddalashtirilgan usullari (plitalar metodi) asosiy vositalar sifatida tavsiya etiladi. Maqola O‘zbekiston sharoitida diabetik ovqatlanishni amaliylashtirish yo‘llariga bag‘ishlangan.
