Annotatsiya: Ushbu ishda optoelektronika va quyosh batareyalari kabi sohalarda keng qo'llaniladigan indiy qalayi oksidi (ITO) ning fizik-kimyoviy xossalari o'rganilgan. ITOning elektr o'tkazuvchanligi, optik shaffofligi, termik barqarorligi va sirt morfologiyasi kabi muhim xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Materialning kristall tuzilishi, defektlari va qo'shimchalarning uning xossalariga ta'siri ko'rib chiqilgan. Bundan tashqari, ITO plyonkalarini turli usullar bilan yupqa qatlamlar shaklida olish texnologiyalari va ularning afzalliklari ham muhokama qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari ITOning turli ilovalardagi samaradorligini oshirish uchun fundamental bilimlar beradi.
Annotation :This work investigates the physicochemical properties of indium tin oxide (ITO), a material widely used in fields such as optoelectronics and solar cells. Key properties of ITO, including its electrical conductivity, optical transparency, thermal stability, and surface morphology, are analyzed. The influence of the material's crystal structure, defects, and impurities on its properties is examined. Furthermore, technologies for obtaining ITO thin films using various methods and their advantages are discussed. The research findings provide fundamental knowledge for enhancing the efficiency of ITO in diverse applications.
