Abstract

Ushbu maqola imkoniyati cheklangan yoshlar bilan kurash mashg'ulotlari jarayonida zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining (AKT) qo'llanilish imkoniyatlari va samaradorligini o'rganadi. Maqolada AKTning turli xil shakllari, jumladan, maxsus dasturiy ta'minot, mobil ilovalar, video-qo'llanmalar, virtual reallik (VR) va kengaytirilgan reallik (AR) texnologiyalari mashg'ulotlarni moslashtirish, o'qitishni individuallashtirish, motivatsiyani oshirish va inklyuziv muhitni yaratishdagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, AKTni joriy etishning afzalliklari, qiyinchiliklari va ularni bartaraf etish yo'llari ko'rib chiqiladi.

This article explores the possibilities and effectiveness of using modern information and communication technologies (ICT) in the process of wrestling training for young people with disabilities. Various forms of ICT, including specialized software, mobile applications, video tutorials, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) technologies, are analyzed for their role in adapting training, individualizing learning, increasing motivation, and creating an inclusive environment. The advantages and challenges of implementing ICT, as well as ways to overcome them, are also considered.
