Annotatsiya: Mazkur tezis oliy ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchilarning pedagogik akmeologiyasini rivojlantirish masalalarini ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan yoritadi. Akmeologik yondashuv o‘qituvchining professional kamolotiga, uning shaxsiy va kasbiy sifatlarini mukammallashtirishga qaratilgan jarayon sifatida talqin qilinadi. Maqolada akmeologik rivojlanishning psixologik-pedagogik shart-sharoitlari, innovatsion ta’lim muhitining roli, shuningdek, o‘qituvchi faoliyatida o‘z-o‘zini rivojlantirish, refleksiya va ijodiy tafakkurning ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, oliy ta’lim muassasalarida pedagogik akmeologiyani qo‘llab-quvvatlashda zamonaviy metodlar va texnologiyalar samaradorligi ochib berilgan.
Annotation: This thesis covers the issues of developing teachers' pedagogical acmeology in the higher education system from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The acmeological approach is interpreted as a process aimed at the professional development of a teacher, improving his personal and professional qualities. The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical conditions of acmeological development, the role of an innovative educational environment, as well as the importance of self-development, reflection and creative thinking in the teacher's work. The effectiveness of modern methods and technologies in supporting pedagogical acmeology in higher education institutions is also revealed.
