Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada pedagogik faoliyatda emotsional intellektning boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilari uchun ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Emotsional intellekt o‘qituvchining o‘z his-tuyg‘ularini anglash, boshqarish va boshqalar hissiyotini tushunish orqali o‘quvchilar bilan samarali muloqot qilishiga yordam beradi. Tadqiqotda emotsional intellektning kasbiy muvaffaqiyat, darsdagi psixologik muhit, shuningdek, ota-ona va hamkasblar bilan munosabatlarga ijobiy ta’siri yoritilgan. Shuningdek, boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilari uchun emotsional intellektni rivojlantirishga doir amaliy tavsiyalar ham berilgan.
Аннотация. В данной статье анализируется значение эмоционального интеллекта в педагогической деятельности для учителей начальных классов. Эмоциональный интеллект помогает учителю эффективно общаться с учениками, понимая свои эмоции, управляя ими и понимая эмоции других. В исследовании освещается положительное влияние эмоционального интеллекта на профессиональный успех, психологическую среду на уроке, а также на отношения с родителями и коллегами. Также даны практические рекомендации по развитию эмоционального интеллекта для учителей начальных классов.
Abstract. This article analyzes the importance of emotional intelligence in pedagogical activity for primary school teachers. Emotional intelligence helps the teacher communicate effectively with students by understanding their own emotions, managing them, and understanding the emotions of others. The study highlights the positive influence of emotional intelligence on professional success, the psychological environment in the classroom, as well as relationships with parents and colleagues. Practical recommendations for the development of emotional intelligence for primary school teachers are also given.
