Аnnotatsiya: Maqolada iqlim o‘zgarishi sharoitida tabiiy resurslardan oqilona foydalanishning ekologik, ilmiy-innovatsion, iqtisodiy va huquqiy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Iqlim o‘zgarishining tabiiy resurslarga ta’siri, ekologik muammolar va ularning oldini olish strategiyalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Ilmiy-innovatsion yondashuvlar orqali resurslardan samarali foydalanish usullari taklif etiladi. Shuningdek, iqtisodiy mexanizmlar va huquqiy me’yorlar asosida barqaror rivojlanish tamoyillari yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari tabiiy resurslardan foydalanishda zamonaviy ekologik texnologiyalarni qo‘llash va barqaror boshqaruv tizimlarini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
Abstract:The article analyzes the ecological, scientific-innovative, economic and legal foundations of the rational use of natural resources in the conditions of climate change. The impact of climate change on natural resources, environmental problems and strategies for their prevention are considered. Methods for the effective use of resources through scientific-innovative approaches are proposed. The principles of sustainable development based on economic mechanisms and legal norms are also highlighted. The results of the study include recommendations aimed at the application of modern environmental technologies in the use of natural resources and the improvement of sustainable management systems.
