TUBERKULYOZ: ZAMONAVIY TASHXIS VA DAVOLASH YONDASHUVLARI

Annotatsiya: tadqiqotda destruktiv va nodestruktiv tuberkulyoz bilan
kasallangan bemorlarda qon ivish tizimi va yallig‘lanish biomarkerlarining
o‘zgarishlari o‘rganildi. Destruktiv tuberkulyoz guruhida D-dimer, fibrinogen va
prokalsitonin darajasi sezilarli oshgani aniqlandi (p<0.05). PSR va IGRA-testlar
an’anaviy bakteriologik usullarga nisbatan yuqori sezgirlikka ega bo‘lib, PSR
diagnostikasi 88.5% sezgirlik va 95.2% aniqlik ko‘rsatdi. Kompyuter
tomografiyasi yordamida 90% holatda destruktiv jarayonlar aniqlangan. Tadqiqot
natijalari kompleks tashxis usullarining ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi.
