MONOREZISTENT TUBERKULYOZDA PROKALSITONIN DARAJASINING AHAMIYATI

Abstract

Annotatsiya:  tadqiqotda  monorezistent  tuberkulyoz  bilan  kasallangan 
bemorlarda  prokalsitonin  darajasining  o‘zgarishi  va  uning  kasallikning  og‘irligi 
bilan bog‘liqligi tahlil qilindi. Monorezistent tuberkulyoz guruhida prokalsitonin 
darajasi  1,9±0,4  ng/ml  bo‘lib,  nazorat  guruhiga  nisbatan  sezilarli  yuqori  ekani 
aniqlandi  (p<0,01).  Prokalsitonin  darajasi  2,0  ng/ml  dan  yuqori  bo‘lgan 
bemorlarda  infiltrativ  o‘zgarishlar,  kazeoz  nekroz  va  qon  ivish  tizimidagi 
buzilishlar (D-dimer: 0,75±0,1 mkg/ml, fibrinogen: 4,5±0,6 g/l; p<0,05) ko‘proq 
qayd etildi. Ushbu natijalar prokalsitonin monitoringining diagnostik ahamiyatini 
tasdiqlaydi.
