Annotatsiya. Endokrin oftalmopatiya (EOP) qalqonsimon bezning
disfunksiyasi natijasida rivojlanadigan autoimmun kasallik bo‘lib, orbita yumshoq
to‘qimalarining yallig‘lanishi va ekstraokulyar mushaklarning qalinlashishi bilan
xarakterlanadi. Kasallikning patogenetik asoslari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni
o‘rganish, tashxis qo‘yishda va samarali davolash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishda
muhim ahamiyatga ega. Zamonaviy mahalliy va xorijiy adabiyot manbalarida
EOPda ko‘z olmasi qavatlari, periorbital yumshoq to‘qimalarning morfologik
o‘ziga xos xususiyatlarini kompleks baholashga qaratilgan maʼlumotlar
kamchilikni tashkil qiladi. OKT (optik kogerent tomografiya) va UTT (ultrtovush
tekshiruvi) texnologiyasidan foydalanish EOPning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlarini
baholashda, kasallik og‘irlik darajasini aniq belgilashda va davolash jarayonini
samarali olib borishda katta ahamiyatga ega bo‘lishi mumkin.
