Аннотация:Боль в суставе зачастую связана не только со смещением
диска, но и обусловлена уровнем медиаторов воспаления в синовиальной
жидкости. Инъекции тромбоцитарного фактора роста не только расширяют
суставную полость, выполняя чисто механическую функцию, но и создают
высокую концентрацию фактора роста в синовиальной жидкости, что
благоприятно влияет на хрящевую ткань, капсулу сустава, связочный
аппарат.
