Annotatsiya. Maqolada surishtiruvchi va tergovchilarning kasbiy huquqiy ongini shakllanishidagi muammolarning tahlili ilmiy tahlil qilinib amalga oshirilgan islohotlarning dastlabki tergov tizimining shakllanishidagi ilmiy tadqiqot ob’ekti sifatida o‘rganishga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi.
