АННОТАЦИЯ: Статья посвящена исследованию понятия «механизм государства», его структуры и особенностей. Рассматриваются исторические подходы к данной категории, её нормативная основа и ключевые принципы, такие как субординация, законность и профессионализм. Механизм государства представлен как система органов, организаций и служащих, обеспечивающих государственную власть и реализацию политики. Подчёркивается практическая значимость совершенствования этой системы для повышения уровня жизни населения.
ABSTRACT: The article examines the concept of the "mechanism of the state," its structure, and characteristics. It explores historical perspectives on this category, its normative foundation, and key principles such as subordination, legality, and professionalism. The mechanism of the state is presented as a system of authorities, organizations, and public servants that ensure state power and policy implementation. The practical importance of improving this system for enhancing the quality of life is emphasized.
ANNOTATSIYA: Maqola “davlat mexanizmi” tushunchasi, uning tuzilishi va xususiyatlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Ushbu kategoriyaga tarixiy yondashuvlar, uning normativ asoslari va subordinatsiya, qonuniylik va professionallik kabi asosiy tamoyillar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Davlat mexanizmi davlat hokimiyati va siyosatini amalga oshiruvchi organlar, tashkilotlar va davlat xizmatchilari tizimi sifatida taqdim etiladi. Ushbu tizimni takomillashtirishning aholi turmush darajasini oshirish uchun amaliy ahamiyati ta’kidlanadi.
