Abstract

Annotatsiya: Maqolada gender madaniyatining maktabgacha ta’lim pedagoglarini tayyorlash jarayonidagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim muhitida gender tengligi va madaniyati bolalarga ta’lim berish jarayoniga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi muhokama qilinadi.  Gender madaniyati asosida ta’lim berishning innovatsion usullari hamda jarayondagi yutuqlari va yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalariga asoslanib, gender madaniyatini pedagogik ta’lim dasturlariga integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha takliflar beriladi.

Abstract: The article analyzes the role of gender culture in the process of training pedagogues of preschool education. Discusses how gender equality and culture influence the process of educating children in the modern educational environment. Innovative methods of education based on gender culture, as well as achievements and ways in the process are analyzed. Based on the results of the research, suggestions are given on the integration of gender culture into pedagogical education programs.
