Abstract

Annotatsiya (O‘zbek tilida): Ushbu maqola 3D bosib chiqarish texnologiyalarida qo‘llaniladigan biomateriallarning turlari va ularning tibbiyot sohasidagi ahamiyatini o‘rganadi. 3D bioprinting jarayonlarida ishlatiladigan polimerlar (masalan, polilaktik kislota, gidrogellar), metall qotishmalar (titan, zanglamaydigan po‘lat) va bio-siyohlarning xususiyatlari, afzalliklari va cheklovlari tahlil qilinadi. Biomateriallarning biologik moslashuvchanligi, mexanik xususiyatlari va to‘qima muhandisligidagi qo‘llanilishi muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, biomateriallarning kelajakdagi rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari va 3D bosib chiqarishning regenerativ tibbiyotdagi imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola ilmiy-metodologik yondashuv asosida biomateriallarning klinik qo‘llanilishidagi muammolarni yoritadi va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llarini taklif qiladi.

The properties, advantages, and limitations of polymers (e.g., polylactic acid, hydrogels), metal alloys (e.g., titanium, stainless steel), and bio-inks used in 3D bioprinting processes are analyzed. The biocompatibility, mechanical properties, and applications of these biomaterials in tissue engineering are discussed. Additionally, the article explores future development trends of biomaterials and the potential of 3D printing in regenerative medicine. Using a scientific-methodological approach, it highlights challenges in clinical applications and proposes solutions to address them.
