Abstract

 ANNOTATSIYA Ushbu maqolada ingliz tili grammatikasini og‘zaki nutq faoliyati orqali o‘rgatishning nazariy va amaliy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. An’anaviy o‘qitish metodlari — grammatikani faqat yozma mashqlar asosida o‘rgatish — talabalar tilni real muloqotda qo‘llay olishida yetarli samara bermasligi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi. Shuning uchun maqolada kommunikativ yondashuv asosida grammatikani o‘rgatishning afzalliklari, turli og‘zaki mashqlar (dialoglar, rol o‘ynash, intervyular) orqali grammatik ko‘nikmalarni shakllantirish metodlari keltirilgan. O‘zbek tilida ta’lim oluvchi talabalar uchun grammatikani og‘zaki nutq orqali o‘rgatish til strukturasi farqlari, xatodan qo‘rqish sindromi va passiv o‘rganish muammolarini yengishga xizmat qilishi ta’kidlangan. Maqola natijalariga ko‘ra, grammatikani amaliy nutqiy faoliyat bilan uyg‘unlashtirish talabalar bilimini chuqurlashtiradi va mustahkamlaydi.

ANNOTATION This article explores the theoretical and practical foundations of teaching English grammar through spoken communication. Traditional teaching methods — which focus mainly on grammar drills and written exercises — often fall short in helping learners use grammatical structures effectively in real-life communication. Therefore, this study emphasizes the advantages of communicative approaches, highlighting various speaking activities such as dialogues, role plays, and pair interviews that foster grammatical competence in learners. The article particularly addresses the context of Uzbek-speaking students, whose native language structures differ significantly from English. Teaching grammar through oral practice not only helps overcome issues such as fear of making mistakes and passive learning but also increases learners’ motivation and engagement. The findings suggest that integrating grammar instruction with real communicative tasks enhances students’ practical language skills and leads to deeper, more durable learning outcomes.
