Abstract

Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada inson resurslarini boshqarish jarayonini samarali tashkil etishda foydalaniladigan zamonaviy yondashuvlar va usullar tahlil qilingan. Inson resurslarini boshqarish samaradorligi kadrlar salohiyati, mehnat unumdorligi, motivatsiya tizimining samaradorligi va tashkilotning strategik maqsadlariga erishish darajasi kabi muhim jihatlarni qamrab oluvchi ko‘rsatkichlar asosida baholanadi. Maqolada Toshkent viloyati G‘aznachilik xizmati misolida inson resurslarini boshqarish jarayonini tashkil etishda qo‘llaniladigan asosiy tamoyillar, ularning amaliy ahamiyati hamda tahliliy yondashuvlarning afzalliklari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot davomida inson resurslarini boshqarish samaradorligini oshirish uchun muhim bo‘lgan kadrlar boshqaruvi strategiyasini takomillashtirish, zamonaviy texnologiyalarni joriy etish va motivatsiya tizimini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari inson resurslarini boshqarish jarayonlarini yanada samarali tashkil etish va tashkilot faoliyatini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan strategik qarorlar qabul qilishda amaliy ko‘mak sifatida foydalanilishi mumkin.

Abstract. This article analyzes modern approaches and methods used to effectively organize the process of human resource management. The efficiency of human resource management is assessed based on key indicators such as employee potential, labor productivity, the effectiveness of the motivation system, and the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. The article examines the main principles applied in organizing the human resource management process, using the Tashkent region Treasury Service as a case study, along with their practical significance and the advantages of analytical approaches. The study develops recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of human resource management, including the enhancement of personnel management strategies, the implementation of modern technologies, and the development of motivation systems. The results of this study can serve as practical support in making strategic decisions to more effectively organize human resource management processes and improve organizational performance.
