Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola “Slow Food” harakati va agroturizmning integratsiyasini o‘rganadi. “Slow Food” harakati an’anaviy oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini saqlash va mahalliy gastronomiyani qo‘llab-quvvatlashga qaratilgan bo‘lsa, agroturizm qishloq xo‘jaligi faoliyatini turizm bilan birlashtirib, qishloq hududlarining iqtisodiy rivojlanishiga hissa qo‘shadi. Maqolada ushbu ikki konsepsiyaning integratsiyasi orqali mahalliy iqtisodiyot, madaniyat va ekologiyaga ijobiy ta'sir ko‘rsatilishi tahlil qilinadi.

Abstract: This article examines the integration of the Slow Food movement and agritourism. While the Slow Food movement aims to preserve traditional food products and support local gastronomy, agritourism combines agricultural activities with tourism, contributing to the economic development of rural areas. The article analyzes the positive impact of the integration of these two concepts on the local economy, culture and ecology.
