Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada bir nechta allergik komponentlarni o‘z ichiga olgan va turli immunologik reaktsiyalarni keltirib chiqarish qobiliyatiga ega bo‘lgan polimikstallergenlar kompleks molekulyar tuzilmalar sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Ularning kelib chiqishi, molekulyar tarkibi va immun javob turi asosida zamonaviy tasnifi tahlil qilinadi.
Polimikstallergenlarning antigen tuzilishining asosiy xususiyatlari, jumladan ularning birlamchi, ikkilamchi, uchlamchi va to‘rtlamchi tashkil topishi, shuningdek epitoplarning xarakteristikasi o‘rganilgan.
Bronxial astma, atopik dermatit va allergik rinit kabi allergik kasalliklar mexanizmlarini tushunishda polimikstallergenlarni o‘rganishning ahamiyati ta’kidlangan. Ushbu sohadagi zamonaviy tadqiqotlar aniq diagnostika usullari va samarali immunoterapiya yo‘nalishlarini ishlab chiqish uchun yangi imkoniyatlarni ochib beradi.
Annotation: This article discusses polymictallergens – complex molecular structures containing multiple allergenic components and capable of inducing diverse immunological reactions. Special attention is paid to their modern classification based on origin, molecular composition, and type of immune response. The key features of the antigenic structure of polymictallergens are analyzed, including primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary organization, as well as the characteristics of their epitopes.
The importance of studying polymictallergens for understanding the mechanisms of allergic diseases, such as bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, and allergic rhinitis, is emphasized. Current research in this field opens new perspectives for the development of precise diagnostic methods and effective immunotherapy.
