Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida tyutorlikning roli va uning tarixiy rivojlanishi tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada tyutor tushunchasining etimologiyasi, uning qadimgi Yunoniston va Oksford, Kembrij universitetlaridagi dastlabki shakllari koʻrib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, tyutor faoliyatining asosiy komponentlari (motivatsion, kognitiv, operatsion, refleksiv) hamda ularning mazmun-mohiyati yoritilgan. Maqolada tyutorning talabalar faoliyatini boshqarishdan tortib, ularning shaxsiy va intellektual rivojlanishini qoʻllab-quvvatlashgacha boʻlgan vazifalarining evolyutsiyasi tahlil qilinadi.
Annatation: This article analyzes the role and historical development of tutoring in higher education institutions. The article examines the etymology of the term "tutor" and its early forms in ancient Greece and at Oxford and Cambridge universities. It also highlights the main components of tutor activity (motivational, cognitive, operational, reflexive) and their essence. The article analyzes the evolution of the tutor's responsibilities, from managing student activities to supporting their personal and intellectual development.
