Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqola O’zbekistonning byudjetlararo munosabatlarini takomillashtirish masalalariga bag’ishlangan bo’lib, Navoiy viloyati misolida mavjud muammolar va imkoniyatlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida hududiy byudjetlarning daromad va xarajatlari o’rtasidagi nomutanosibliklarni bartaraf etish bo’yicha takliflar ishlab chiqiladi. Ushbu maqolada moliyaviy boshqaruv mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish orqali davlat byudjetining samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan tavsiyalar beriladi.
Abstract. This article is devoted to the issues of improving the budgetary relations of Uzbekistan and analyzes the existing problems and opportunities on the example of Navoi region. During the study, proposals are developed to eliminate the imbalances between income and expenses of regional budgets. This article provides recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of the state budget by improving the mechanisms of financial management.
