Аннотация: Статья посвящена особенностям формирования концепции умных городов. Рассмотрены технические характеристики и кейсы, необходимые для их создания, управления и функционирования. Описана структура «умного города» и его элементы. В ходе исследования приведён опыт зарубежных стран и лучшие практики применения концепции «умного города». Выявлены предпринятые меры и отмечена важность внедрения элементов «умного города» в Республике Узбекистан.
Annotasiya: Maqola aqlli shaharlar kontseptsiyasini shakllantirishning o'ziga xos xususiyatlariga bag'ishlangan. Ularni yaratish, boshqarish va ishlatish uchun zarur bo'lgan texnik xususiyatlar va holatlar ko'rib chiqilgan. "Aqlli shahar" ning tuzilishi va uning elementlari tasvirlangan. Tadqiqot davomida xorijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi va "aqlli shahar" kontseptsiyasini qo'llashning ilg'or tajribalari namoyish etilgan. Amalga oshirilgan chora-tadbirlar belgilab olindi va O'zbekiston Respublikasida "aqlli shahar" elementlarini joriy etishning muhimligi qayd etilgan.
Annotation: The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the formation of the concept of smart cities. The technical characteristics and cases necessary for their creation, management and functioning are considered. The structure of the "smart city" and its elements are described. In the course of the study, the experience of foreign countries and the best practices of applying the concept of a "smart city" are presented. The measures taken are identified and the importance of introducing elements of the "smart city" in the Republic of Uzbekistan is noted.
