Annotatsiya . Ushbu maqolada logistika sohasida marketingning tutgan o‘rni va uning ahamiyatini tahlil qilingan. Marketingning asosiy vazifalari – bozorni o‘rganish, xizmatlar ustida ishlash, mijozlar bilan foydali aloqa o‘rnatish hamda raqobatbardosh bo’lish ustunligini ta’minlash yo‘nalishlarida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda marketing strategiyalarining logistika jarayonlariga ta’siri, mijozlar ehtiyojini aniqlash va samarali xizmat ko‘rsatish sifatini oshirishdagi roli ochib berilgan. Maqola xulosalariga ko‘ra, marketing yondashuvi logistik xizmatlar samaradorligini oshirishning muhim yo’nalishi hisoblanadi.

Abstract. This article analyzes the role and importance of marketing in the logistics sector. The main tasks of marketing are considered in the areas of market research, service development, establishing beneficial relationships with customers, and ensuring competitive advantage. The study reveals the impact of marketing strategies on logistics processes, their role in identifying customer needs and improving the quality of effective service provision. According to the conclusions of the article, the marketing approach is an important direction for improving the efficiency of logistics services
