Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada tashkilotlarda xodimlarning maqsadli malakasini oshirish tizimini takomillashtirish masalalari har tomonlama tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy va texnologik sharoitlarda hodimlarning kasbiy bilim va ko‘nikmalarini uzluksiz rivojlantirish ilgari suriladi. Shuningdek, ilg‘or xalqaro tajribalar, innovatsion yondashuvlar va raqamli texnologiyalar asosida malaka oshirish jarayonlarini samarali tashkil etish usullari bayon etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida tashkilotlarda hodimlarning kasbiy rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan taklif va tavsiyalar ilgari suriladi.

Annotation. This article comprehensively analyzes the issues of improving the system of targeted professional development of employees in organizations. It substantiates the necessity of continuous enhancement of employees’ professional knowledge and skills in modern economic and technological conditions. Additionally, it describes methods for effectively organizing professional development processes based on advanced international practices, innovative approaches, and digital technologies. Based on the research findings, recommendations and proposals are put forward to positively influence employees’ professional growth in organizations.
