Abstract

Ushbu maqoladi tibbiyot xodimlarining kasbga doir siri, bemorga tegishli sirning tibbiyot xodimlari tomonidan saqlanish kafolatlari, qanday holatda bu  sirni bemor qarindoshlari yoki vakolatli organlarga xabar berilish tartibi to‘g‘risidagi masalalar bayon etilgan.

This article discusses the issues of professional secrecy of medical personnel, guarantees of keeping the patient's secret by medical personnel, and the procedure for reporting this secret to the patient's relatives or authorized bodies in cases where this secret can be disclosed.
