Abstract

This paper explores the educational potential of university podcasts in modern higher education environments. With the increasing demand for flexible, engaging, and technology-enhanced learning tools, podcasts offer students unique opportunities to access academic content, improve communication and critical thinking skills, and participate in collaborative learning. The article discusses how podcasting promotes student agency, supports language development, fosters creativity, and helps build professional competencies. Drawing on recent literature and examples from university initiatives, the paper argues for the integration of podcasts as a complementary learning tool in formal and informal learning contexts.

Goal of the Paper

The primary goal of this paper is to analyze how university podcasts contribute to student learning, skill development, and campus engagement. It aims to present evidence-based benefits of podcasting and advocate for its inclusion in higher education teaching and learning strategies.
