Abstract

Mazkur maqolada karer ekskavatorlarida qo‘llanilayotgan elektr yuritma avtomatika tizimlarining zamonaviy holati o‘rganilgan. Tizimlar o‘zaro texnik parametrlar, boshqaruv algoritmlari va samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari asosida taqqoslandi. PLC, SCADA, sensorli monitoring, sun’iy intellekt asosidagi tizimlar hamda raqamli aloqa interfeyslari yoritildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, ekskavator samaradorligi va energiya tejamkorligi yuqori bo‘lgan avtomatlashtirish yechimlari aniqlanib, zamonaviy sanoat uchun tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.

This article examines the current state of electric drive automation systems used in mining excavators. The systems are compared based on technical parameters, control algorithms, and efficiency indicators. Various automation technologies such as PLC, SCADA, sensor-based monitoring, artificial intelligence, and digital communication interfaces are analyzed. The study identifies automation solutions that enhance excavator performance and energy efficiency, and provides recommendations for modern industrial applications.
