Abstract

This article analyzes cases of excessive connection to social networks among modern youth. The positive and negative aspects of networks are highlighted, and the psychological and social reasons that lead to addiction are considered. At the same time, useful and viable solutions for solving the problem are offered. The article encourages young people to form a digital culture and be active in the healthy information space.
