Abstract

This article further explains the views of Eastern scholars on the spiritual development of a person, Abu Nasr Al-Farabi's position as the founder of the science of pedagogy, as well as the definitions given to the pedagogical concepts considered in his works. Al-Farabi's recognition of man as the most perfect and mature result of world development, and the need to educate and train a person in his works are analyzed. The scientist gives the following explanation about the main concept of pedagogy, namely, teaching and upbringing.
