Understanding anatomy and histology is fundamental for nursing practice, as it provides the foundation for clinical reasoning and safe patient care. This paper explores the most critical sections of these sciences that should be prioritized in nursing education. Emphasis is placed on body systems directly involved in patient assessment and intervention, such as cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, and integumentary systems, along with cellular structures relevant to pathology and pharmacology.
