This article provides an in-depth analysis of the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the modern educational system, their impact on the learning process, as well as the advantages and disadvantages associated with their use. The study highlights the importance of ICT tools in enhancing the interactivity of lessons and in fostering students’ independent research and creative potential. At the same time, particular attention is given to key challenges in the implementation of ICT, such as insufficient technical infrastructure, limited digital literacy among teachers, and the lack of effective methodological approaches. The article offers practical suggestions and recommendations for the effective use of ICT, which are aimed at improving educational quality and oriented toward practical application. The results of the study justify the need for a comprehensive approach to integrating ICT into the education system and serve as a scientific basis for future research in this field.
