Bronxial astma — surunkali yallig‘lanishli kasallik bo‘lib, genetik moyillik bilan birga tashqi muhit omillari, ayniqsa, atmosfera havosining ifloslanishi orqali qo‘zg‘atiladi va og‘irlashadi. Ushbu maqolada atrof-muhitdagi ifloslantiruvchi moddalarning (PM2.5, NO₂, SO₂, O₃, CO) bronxial astma rivojlanishiga ta’siri, immunologik va patofiziologik mexanizmlari, epidemiologik faktlar asosida yoritiladi. Oxirgi yillardagi ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili asosida, havo ifloslanishi astmaning boshlanishi, xurujlar soni va og‘irligini oshiruvchi asosiy faktor ekanligi isbotlangan (1, 2, 3).
