Abstract

Abstract: This article provides a detailed analysis of the importance of nutrition in preventing cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular diseases are considered one of the leading causes of death globally, and healthy nutrition is one of the main factors in their prevention. The article examines the impact of dietary fats, salt, sugar, and nutrient balance on heart function, as well as the role of nutritional culture in preventive measures. Research by Kalininа, Chazova, and other scientists is analyzed, scientifically substantiating that healthy nutrition is an effective tool in reducing the development of cardiovascular diseases. The article also provides recommendations for improving nutrition in modern cardiology practice and promotes a healthy lifestyle
