Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada talabalarda emotsional so‘nishning ijtimoiypsixologik omillari va uning profilaktikasi masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Emotsional so‘nishning asosiy belgilari, bunga sabab bo‘ladigan ijtimoiy va psixologik omillar, shuningdek, uning oldini olish va yengish bo‘yicha samarali profilaktik choralar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Stressni boshqarish, jismoniy faollik, psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlash va o‘quv muhitini yaxshilash kabi usullar talabalar uchun emotsional barqarorlikni saqlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Maqola talabalarning psixologik salomatligini mustahkamlash va ularning o‘quv faoliyatida muvaffaqiyatga erishishiga yordam berish uchun tavsiyalarni taqdim etadi.
