Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada turli darajadagi semizlik bilan birgalikda gonartroz kasalligidan aziyat chekayotgan bemorlarning immun holati, immunologik ko'rsatkichlari va ularni davolashga oid yondashuvlar o'rganildi. Tadqiqotda klinik, laborator va immunologik tekshiruvlar asosida semizlik darajasi bilan immun o'zgarishlar orasidagi bog'liqlik aniqlanib, davolash strategiyasining farqlari tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar asosida davolashning individual yondashuvlarini ishlab chiqish bo'yicha tavsiyalar berildi.
