Abstract

Annotatsiya: Bolalarda o‘zini tuta olish qobiliyati ularning shaxsiy va ijtimoiy rivojlanishining muhim omillaridan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada bolalarda o‘zini tuta olish (o‘zini nazorat qilish, impulsivlikni boshqarish, hissiy muvozanatni saqlash) qobiliyatining mohiyati, uning shakllanish jarayonlari va ijtimoiy muammolar bilan bog‘liqligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot bolalarning ijtimoiy moslashuvi, o‘quv jarayonidagi muvaffaqiyati va umuman psixologik barqarorligi bilan ushbu qobiliyat o‘rtasidagi bevosita bog‘liqlikni yoritib beradi.
