This study explores the role of internet technologies in both general English teaching and translation theory, analyzing online tools, distance learning methods, and the pedagogical impact of digital resources. Drawing on recent research in digital language pedagogy, this study offers practical recommendations for the effective implementation of these technologies. The findings highlight the transformative potential of internet technologies while addressing challenges such as teacher training, student engagement, and the reliability of online resources.
