Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly used to enhance digital communication through chatbots and conversational platforms. While advanced AI systems often rely on complex frameworks, it is possible to design a lightweight chatting website using only PHP. This article discusses the development of a simple PHP-based chatbot, explains its structure, and explores ways to integrate rule-based logic with AI services. The aim is to demonstrate how basic web technologies can be applied to create functional, educational, and scalable AI-driven applications.
