Ushbu maqolada giperxolesterinemiya kasalligini davolash usullari, xususan, statinlarni uzoq muddat qabul qilishda yuzaga keladigan nojo‘ya ta’sirlar va ularni nazorat qilish usullari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, tabiiy o‘simlik tarkibli biologik faol qo‘shimchalar (BFQ) – xususan, “Silimarin plus” kompleksi misolida alternativ terapiya yondashuvlari ko‘rib chiqiladi.
