Аннотация

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada quyosh fotoelektrik (PV) tizimlarida yuzaga keladigan Potential Induced Degradation (PID) hodisasining fizik tabiati, uning tizim quvvatiga ta’siri hamda yerga ulash orqali POD ni kamaytirish usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqotda mono- va polikristallik panellar asosida yerga ulangan va ulanmagan tizimlar solishtirildi. Diagnostik vositalar – termokamera, IV-tracer, multimetr orqali quvvat yo‘qotishlar, izolyatsiya qarshiliklari va termal zonalar kuzatildi. Natijalarda yerga ulanmagan tizimlarda POD kuchliroq namoyon bo‘lib, quvvat yo‘qotishi 7.2% gacha yetgani, termografik kuzatuvlarda esa issiqlik “hotspot”lar paydo bo‘lgani aniqlandi. Yerga ulangan tizimlarda esa bu ko‘rsatkichlar sezilarli darajada past bo‘lib, PODning oldi olingani kuzatildi. Maqola oxirida POD ni kamaytirish bo‘yicha texnik tavsiyalar berilgan.
