Annotatsiya. Maqolada qatarning tashqi siyosati tahlil qilinib, uning global kuchlar, xususan, aqsh bilan strategik ittifoqlari, ko‘p tomonlama diplomatiya yondashuvi va inqirozlarga moslashish qobiliyati ko‘rib chiqiladi. Al-udeyd harbiy bazasi, 2017-yilgi fors ko‘rfazi blokadasi va xalqaro tashkilotlardagi faollik kabi muhim jihatlar tahlil qilinadi.
