Recent studies suggest a strong bidirectional relationship between LBP and depression, highlighting common pathophysiological mechanisms and psychosocial factors. This article explores the biological, psychological, and social aspects that connect LBP and depression, emphasizing the need for an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
