Annatatsiya. Uzum (Vitis vinifera.) butun dunyoda keng yetishtiriladigan va yuqori iqtisodiy qiymatga ega bо‘lgan meva ekinidir. Uning mevasi yangiligida iste’mol qilish, mayiz tayyorlash, sharbat va vinoni ishlab chiqarishda ishlatiladi. Uzumning ozuqaviy foydasi resveratrol kabi polifenol antioksidantlar bilan bog‘liq bо‘lib, yurak-qon tomir, saraton, asab tizimi kasalliklariga qarshi foydali ta’sir kо‘rsatadi. Iqlim о‘zgarishi sharoitida seleksiya ishlari orqali qurg‘oqchilik va boshqa stress omillariga chidamli navlarni yaratish dolzarb vazifadir.
